Deposit Required: In order for date and time to be reserved a deposit must be received. If the wedding is less than 90 days in the future, the full amount is required.
If the wedding is more than 90 days in
the future a 50% deposit is required ($100 minimum). The balance is due at least 90 days before
the wedding. If the balance is not received on time, the deposit will be
forfeited and the date will become open.
Refunds: Cancellations that are received more than 90 days before the reserved date, shall receive their money back, less a $100 processing fee. Cancellations received with less than 90 days until the reserved date shall not be refunded any monies.
Refusal: We reserve to right to refuse any request for a reservation and we further reserve the right to refuse to perform any service that we are not comfortable with, even though a reservation was accepted. If this occurs, then a refund shall be due in the same form received.
