You may fill out the form and register on-line or you may fill it out, print the form, and then send by mail or fax.

If you register on-line or by fax you must use a credit card for your payment. If you want to use a Check or Money Order you must mail the form. If you want to pay with cash, you must come by in person.

We will immediately acknowledge your reservation with a receipt or we will contact you if the date and time you select are already booked and seek your instructions as to how to proceed. We accept, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
